Co-founders Rahul Bhadja and Paolo Marchica were in Gujarat on a business trip. Between site visits, late-night strategy sessions, and endless cups of coffee, we found ourselves in constant conversation about a shared obsession: AI's untapped potential to truly transform the way businesses work.

It wasn't just a passing interest. Even outside of work hours, we were buried in research papers, testing new tools, and debating ways to push AI further. We weren't interested in the "smoke-and-mirror" AI services that flood the market.

One afternoon, after a visit to the ancient city of Dwarka, the decision became clear. We weren't just going to talk about this. We were going to build it.

That was the birth of RidgeShift.

Unlike many consultants who advise on AI without ever using it themselves, we've built and scaled our own businesses using advanced AI systems, from an autonomous AI hiring engine to proprietary brainstorming models. We know exactly what works because we live it every day.
