The beginning
“We weren’t just going to talk about what AI could change. We were going to build it.”
Co-founders Rahul Bhadja and Paolo Marchica were travelling through Gujarat when conversations between site visits and late-night strategy sessions kept returning to the same idea: AI had enormous potential, but too little of it was translating into meaningful business change.
They had already built and scaled businesses with AI—from autonomous hiring systems to proprietary creative tools. RidgeShift was founded to bring that operator experience to organizations ready to move beyond experimentation.
That remains our purpose today: turn curiosity into working systems, and working systems into measurable advantage.
